Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please note not all of the items for sale on this site are kept in stock at all times. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When you get to the stage in the checkout which requires you to enter your credit card details you will forwarded to our 128 bit encrypted card processing system. You will notice that a pad-lock appears in your browser window, this is a sign that all you details will be securely transferred to and can only be read by us.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note: We are more than happy to match our Internet prices in store, but any brand new instrument purchased at these prices will not be covered by the MIR service plan. This does not apply to the prices of the items featured on our reconditioned pages.
Shipping And Handling Any order under £250 will be subject to shipping charges calculated by weight and country. The prices will be shown when ordering and will also appear on your receipt. It is our company policy to mail all orders by recorded post or currier to provide adequate insurance whist in transit. If you order is to be delivered to a destination outside the UK we will inform of the exact postage amount before we proccess your order.
Free delivery does not apply to any Joolz Gianni merchandise or Private Sale instruments.
Delivery Schedule Not all of the items for sale on this site are kept in stock at all times, it will state in the description if a particular item is not carried as regular stock. All of the non-stock items are readily available to us and will be ordered from the supplier upon receipt of your order. We will dispatch any stock items to you in 3 business days, all non-stock items will be dispatched as soon as possible. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. For non-stock orders we will contact you to let you know delivery time before confirming your order. Full payment will be needed to secure a non-stock order. We will inform you of any supply problems before processing your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If there are any long term supply problems we will contact you by phone before accepting your order.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We proccess all payments in house and never past card details to any third parties.
Guarantee All new instruments and most accessories carry a 12 month guarantee. Any faults must be reported to us to be dealt with as we see fit. No third party repairs will be covered financially by us without prior notice. Any repairs undertaken without our authorisation may void any remaining guarantee.
All un-signed band merchandise is exempt from the MIR guarantee. Any issues must be taken up with the band in question.

Returns Policy It is your responsibility to return goods to the shop in good condition. If an item is damaged in transit on its way back to us you will be liable for any repair costs. If you are returning goods due to guarantee issues we will arrange and cover carriage costs ourselves. You must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before returning any items. We will not refund the postal charges on any items returned with out an authorisation number.

2. Keep all packing materials and use them when returning items.
3. Make sure you use a service that offers adequate insurance compensation (e.g. registered post).
4 .Keep all documentation in case you need to make a claim.
5. Don’t forget to enclose a covering note which should include your details, contact number and the returns authorisation number.
6. If you have been dealing with one member of staff mark the parcel for their attention. This will speed up the process and help us resolve any problems speedily.
